Ahmed Musa, Saidu and Awaziem market value drops; Omeruo, Osayi-Samuel rises

Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa’s market value has dropped to its lowest value ever since May 2016, 2016 when it reached its highest level.

Musa, who plays for Sivasspor in the Turkish Super Lig, has now dropped from €1.5m in June to €1.3m in the latest transfer market update in Turkey.

The Nigerian’s value has continued to drop since it reached the €18m value in May 2016 while at Leicester City in England.
Still in Turkey, Emmanuel Dennis’ market value also dropped by €1m to €7m .

In contrast, Kenneth Omeruo and Bright Osayi-Samuel’s market value rose by €500k to €2m and €7.5m respectively.

In Portugal, Nigeria left back, Saidu Sanusi’s market value dropped for the second time in 2023 by another €2m. The FC Porto defender rose to a career high
€10m in market value in 2022 but dropped to €8m in June before dropping to €6m in the latest update.

Defender, Chidoze Collins Awaziem’s market value also dropped for the first time in over 10 months. The Boavista defender is now worth €3.5m, down by €1.5m
from his €5m valuation last November.
