Bienvenido al Atlético de Madrid, Lookman: Nigerian Forward Joins LaLiga Giants Until 2030

Atlético de Madrid have officially announced the signing of Nigerian international Ademola Lookman from Atalanta, with the 28-year-old forward committing to the club until June 30, 2030.

The agreement between the Spanish side and the Italian outfit ensures that Lookman will wear the red-and-white jersey for the next four seasons, bringing his pace, versatility and attacking flair to Diego Simeone’s squad.

The forward successfully completed his medical at the Vithas-Invictum High-Performance Sports Medicine Centre in Madrid before heading to the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, where he signed his contract in the presence of Atlético’s Chief Executive Officer, Miguel Ángel Gil.

With his arrival, Atlético Madrid have secured a proven European performer who is expected to add firepower and creativity to their attack as they aim for domestic and continental success.
