Charlton sign Nigeria goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo

Charlton have announced the signing of Nigeria international goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo on a season-long loan from Wrexham.
Okonkwo, who has one year remaining on his Wrexham contract, was left out of the squad for Monday’s clash with Cardiff following the arrival of goalkeeper Anthony Patterson.
The 24-year-old played a key role in Wrexham’s remarkable back-to-back promotions from League Two and League One, helping the Welsh club rise through the English football pyramid.
His move to Charlton gives him an opportunity for regular first-team football as he looks to continue his development and strengthen his position at international level.
