A 17th minute goal by Hilary Ritzzy Ekawu was enough to condemn Enyimba of Aba to their third loss in four games away from home in their rescheduled Nigeria
Premier League fixture at the Pantami Township Stadium in Gombe against homers, Doma United who picked up their third home win of the season to move up to
fourth on the log with 14 points from eight games, same as Shooting Stars who they edged on goal difference.

Meanwhile, Heartland of Owerri are still looking for their first home win this season after giving up a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 with Bayelsa United at the Dan Anyiam stadium in Owerri.
Promise Anyanwu (11th) and Chinedu Brandon Ike (75th) gave the host what looks like an unassailable lead only for the men from Yenagoa to score two goals in the final seven minutes of regulation time courtesy Eyong Nneyi Ofem (83rd) and Robert Christian Mizo (84th) to win their first point away from home.
