FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup: Busari Invites 26 Flamingos For Abuja Camping

Flamingos head coach Hakeem Busari has invited 26 players to the first phase of the team’s final camping programme in Abuja ahead of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco.
The tournament is scheduled to take place from October 17 to November 7, with Nigeria securing qualification after defeating Benin Republic home and away in the final round of the African qualifying campaign.
Nigeria has missed only one edition of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup since the competition was launched in New Zealand in 2008, failing to qualify for the 2018 finals in Uruguay.
The invited players are expected to report to the Serob Legacy Hotel, Wuye, Abuja, on Sunday, August 30.
