Harry Kane makes Premier League history with goal vs Arsenal

Tottenham Hotspur forward, Harry Kane has become the first player to score 100 away goals in the Premier League, while his seven penalty goals against Arsenal is the joint-most one player has scored against an opponent in the competition.

Kane scored from the spot after Tottenham were awarded a penalty following a foul on Richarlison. The goal brought the visitors to the Emirates stadium level after Thomas Partey had given Arsenal the lead on 20 minutes.

And what a goal it was. Bukayo Saka rolled the ball to the Ghananian, who side footed it into the top corner from outside the box.

Kane’s goal is his 14th in the north London derby. The England captain has scored more Premier League goals against the Gunners than any other play in the history of the competition.

The goal also means Arsenal have not been able to keep a clean sheet in any of their last nine Premier League home games.

Arsenal have now conceded eight penalties at home to Spurs in the Premier League

That’s more than any team against any opponent on home soil in Premier League history.
