Ighalo: Why I want Osimhen to sign for Man United

Odion Ighalo has advised red hot Napoli hitman, Victor Osimhen to chose Manchester United if he decides to leave Serie A for the Premier League.

The former Manchester United striker who now plays in Saudi Arabia for Al Hilal scored five times in 23 appearances for the Red Devils.

The 33 year old wants Osimhen to snub other Premier League clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham and Newcastle linked with the club because Manchester United is the biggest club in the world.

“If Osimhen asks me for my advice/opinion and what should he do, I’d advise him go join Manchester United because it’s the biggest club,” Ighalo said when asked on Skysports news.

Ighalo is the first Nigerian player to play for Manchester United and spent four seasons in the Premier League. He scored 16 times in 67 appearances and was voted player of the month in December 2015.

Osimhen has been in devastating form this season and his goals, 19 in all in 21 games are driving Napoli to their first Scudetto in 33 years.
