Lagos FA Signs ₦100m Broadcast Deal with Cloud Sports

The Lagos State Football Association (LSFA) has signed a landmark three-year Exclusive Broadcast Rights and Production Agreement with Cloud Sports Limited, valued at ₦100 million.
In an official statement signed by LSFA Chairman Hajji Gafar Liameed, the partnership was described as a bold step toward professionalising the Lagos FA Cup, expanding its visibility, and unlocking new commercial and developmental opportunities for clubs, players, and the wider football ecosystem.
The agreement is structured as a hybrid arrangement, combining cash investment with value-in-kind contributions.
These include the delivery of 300 footballs to support 79 affiliated clubs and a one-day professional training programme for the 79 media officers of clubs registered for the 2025/2026 Lagos FA Cup.
Liameed expressed gratitude to Cloud Sports for their confidence and commitment, noting that the deal sets a new benchmark for grassroots football broadcasting and content production in Nigeria.
‘Together, we are setting a new standard for the growth of football in Lagos,’ he said.
