Lookman Settles at Atletico, Reveals Love for ‘Efo Riro and Pounded Yam’

Ademola Lookman is already making himself at home at Atletico Madrid after sealing his €40 million move from Atalanta.

The Super Eagles forward was all smiles during his unveiling, clearly delighted to finally leave the Gewiss Stadium after months of speculation.

In a lighthearted moment shared on Atletico’s social media, Lookman revealed his favourite dish when asked to describe himself in ’30 seconds to know Lookman.’

His answer was simple and proudly Nigerian: ‘Efo Riro and pounded yam.’

The club is also moving quickly to integrate him. Reports suggest Diego Simeone adjusted training schedules to help Lookman settle in ahead of Atletico’s Copa del Rey quarter-final clash against Real Betis this week.
