Ndidi back in training, could return to action next week

Wilfred Ndidi is back training again and could return to action before the international break. The Super Eagle has not featured for the Foxes since December 29, 2023 when he featured for 69 minutes in his club, Leicester City’s 2-0 win at Cardiff City after sustaining a muscle injury. According to reports, the midfielder is making good progress in his comeback from injury that required surgery.

Ndidi was expected to be out till end of March/early April but the 27 year old has given the Foxes a huge boost as they bid to make immediate return to the Premier League.

The Nigerian who has made 21 appearances, scored twice and provided five assists has returned to light training and could be back in action next weekend when Lei ester City visit Hull City at the MKM stadium.
