Wilfred Ndidi will be seeking to help Leicester City return to winning ways when they face Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium Saturday evening.
The Foxes are yet to win a game this season as they have lost five of the six Premier League games they have played this thus far and the Nigerian has featured in all six games.
The 25 year old has won thrice against Spurs in eight appearances but his last victory came in December 2020 when the Foxes won 2-0 behind closed doors away at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Since then, Leicester City have featured against Anthonio Conte’s side three times with Ndidi only featuring once.
In fact the Nigerian midfield international last played against Spurs in May 2021 when they lost 4-2 at the King Power stadium. He missed the two games last year due to national team commitment and a knee injury.
Ndidi has started all the eight games he has featured against their host and looks on course to make it nine starts in nine Saturday evening.
He has started five of the Foxes games this term and will be making his 172nd appearance in the competition since January 2017 when he joined the club from Belgian Jupiler league side, Genk.
