Ndidi’s market value drops again, Iwobi rises
Wilfred Ndidi’s indifferent 2022/23 season has impacted on his market value yet again as the 26 year old is now worth €32m, down by €8m from the last update by Transfermarkt four months ago.
Ndidi has not been the same unplayable midfielder he was in his first four seasons in the Premier League during which his market valued soared to a career high €60m between January 2021 and June 2022.
The Super Eagles star’s valued first dropped by €10m to €50m in September 2022 before nosediving again to €40m two months later.
He is however still the most expensive Nigerian in the Premier League, €8m more than Everton midfielder, Alex Iwobi.
The former Arsenal player’s value has continued to rise after it dropped from his career high €32m in December 2019 to €18m two years later (December 2021).
It first rose to €22m last September before adding €3m to rise to €25m in the latest valuation.
Meanwhile Kelechi Iheanacho’s market value has dropped by €3m to €17m, same as Emmanuel Dennis whose valued dropped to €10m from the €12m it was just four months ago.
New Southampton striker, Paul Onuachu’s value rose by €2m to €17m while those of Taiwo Awoniyi (€10m), Joe Aribo (€15m) and Frank Onyeka (€9m) are unchanged.
