Separated by a single point, Sunderland and Chelsea meet in a direct shootout for Europe. Chelsea guarantee at least Conference League football with a win, while Sunderland must win and hope Brentford falter. Both sides could still reach the Europa League depending on Brighton’s result.

Manchester City v Aston Villa
