Sadiq Umar sends warning to Cyberbullies: I am not Iwobi!

Real Sociedad of Spain forward, Sadiq Umar has warned those who insult players on social media to steer clear of him as he
is not as gentle as Alex Iwobi who has been severally attacked following Nigeria’s 2-1 loss to Cote d’Ivoire in the final
game of the 34th Africa Cup of Natons, AFCON 2023.

Sadiq was in the Super Eagles’ final list of 25 players registered for the tournament but an injury he sustained in the
country’s final warm up game for the competition which ended in Cote d’Ivoire on Sunday ended his dream of a second AFCON
appearance.

The 27 year old who will be looking to score his first UEFA Champions League goal if he features Wednesday evening for his
LaLiga side when they visit Parc des Princes to face PSG took to his social media page to warn those attacking Iwobi that
he is not afraid of hitting back.

Writing in Pidgin English, Sadiq blasts the cyberbullies thus: ‘I no ven play you con dey insult me. A beg oo. Me I no be Iwobi I go insult person papa with him mama join.
Yes I be dat typical Hausa boy. Abi you see fear for my eyes
