Salisu Yusuf Takes Charge at 3SC After Aweroro Exit

Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan have appointed experienced tactician Salisu Yusuf as their new Technical Adviser ahead of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

Yusuf’s appointment comes shortly after the Oluyole Warriors parted ways with head coach Nurudeen Aweroro, ending his spell in charge of the Ibadan-based club.

The new Technical Adviser brings extensive experience in Nigerian football, having previously managed several top clubs and worked with the national team.

He will now be tasked with guiding Shooting Stars as they prepare for another demanding NPFL campaign.

Yusuf is expected to use his technical experience to strengthen the team and help the Oluyole Warriors improve on their previous campaign as they target a stronger showing in the new season.

His arrival ushers in a new era of technical leadership at the historic Ibadan club, with supporters hoping the appointment will bring greater stability, consistency and improved results.
