Sky Sport Italia: Chelsea to offer cash plus Lukaku to Napoli in Osimhen deal

Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Premier League side, Chelsea will try to offer Romelu Lukaku plus €90m and a young player to get Victor Osimhen from Napoli.

Osimhen is believed to be leaving Napoli at the end of the season albeit he signed an extension to his contract at the club but with a release clause believed to be worth €120m.

Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, according to report on Football Italia, suggested Saturday evening that he west London side have approached Napoli to ask about Osimhen.

‘The intriguing part of this is that they hope to lower the cost by including Lukaku as part of the deal,’ writes Football Ialia.

Osimhen has scored 14 times in 29 appearances for the defending Serie A champion so far this season. He netted 26 times in 32 games to inspire he Partenopei to their first Scudeto in 33 years last season and emerged the top scoring Serie A player as well.
