Tyronne Ebuehi Arrives Super Eagles AFCON Camp In Garoua
Venezia of Italy defender.Tyronne has arrived the Super Eagles AFCON camp in Garoua, Cameroun.
The 26 year was drafted in as replacement for the injured Shehu Abdulahi.
Venezia granted Nigeria’s wish albeit it was done outside the normal time allowed for invitation of players.
The Serie A club however delayed the player’s arrival because of its league game against Salernitana on Thursday.
The game was eventually postponed after Salernitana players were quarantined by local health authority following the outbreak of Covid-19 at the club.
Ebuehi is now the 26th player in camp with only Padeborn of Germany defender, Jamilu Collins the only player being expected.
The 28th player in the 28-man list, Odion Ighalo was not released by Al Shabab of Saudi Arabia.
The Super Eagles will begin their bid for a fourth AFCON win on Tuesday when they face Mo Salah’s Egypt.
