Agent: Osimhen has Chelsea and PSG offers
Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen is unlikely to sign a new deal with Napoli, with his current deal expiring in the summer of 2025.
Italian nespaper, Il Mattino is reporting that Victor Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, has told Napoli owner Aurelio de Laurentiis that his player has offers from Premier League side, Chelsea and Ligue 1.
The newspapers also reports that the 24 year old who finished as Serie A top scorer in the recently concluded 2022/23 football season in Italy is not likely to renew his deal with Napoli, with his current deal expiring in the summer of 2025.
Il Mattino says ‘it is time for Napoli to assess the situation, especially considering that Osimhen has expressed his desire to not sign a new deal at the club, with his current contract expiring in the summer of 2025.’
‘This will help him leave the club next summer at a lower fee and he will not be held ransom by the club, who could ask for a huge amount even next summer if he ends up renewing the current contract’
The newspaper also reports that it will be very difficult for Napoli to refuse a huge offer and they are already looking at some names.
