The high-profile international fight night, co-sponsored by the Lagos State Government through the Lagos State Sport Commission (LSSC) and promoted by Balmoral Group in partnership with Amir Khan’s AK Promotions, delivered a thrilling blend of world-class professional boxing and celebrity showdowns to a global audience.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Lekan Fatodu, Director-General of LSSC, expressed pride in Lagos’ growing stature as a destination for international sports marketing:

Afrobeat star Habbeeb Badmus (Portable) faced off against skit-maker Carter Efe. In a stunning upset, Carter Efe secured a unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27), ending Portable’s unbeaten celebrity fight streak.
