‘We Are Not Selling’: Galatasaray Rejects €120m Atletico Bid for Osimhen

Galatasaray have rejected a record €120 million offer from Atletico Madrid for Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, according to Türkiye Gazetesi.

Club president Dursun Özbek confirmed the Spanish giants had approached the Turkish champions with a bid, but the response was immediate: ‘We are not selling.’

Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray from Napoli last summer for €75 million, has quickly become the centerpiece of the team’s attack.

His commitment to the club and life in Istanbul has been highlighted in the report, which notes that he lives with his family in Göktürk, has purchased additional apartments from a club sponsor, and even supports a family in Bağcılar.

The 27-year-old forward, contracted until 2029, is described as ‘wholeheartedly committed’ to the yellow and reds.

Despite being linked with European giants, Osimhen’s focus remains firmly on achieving new successes with Galatasaray.

As the club prepares for the next chapter, their stance makes clear that even record-breaking offers will not tempt them to part with their star striker.
