Newly Promoted Süper Lig Side Amedspor Submit Bid for Gift Orban

Newly promoted Turkish Süper Lig club Amedspor have reportedly submitted an official offer to Hoffenheim for Nigerian striker Gift Orban.

The Diyarbakır-based club are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of their first campaign in the Turkish top flight and have identified the 23-year-old forward as a major target.

According to reports in Turkey, Amedspor have made a formal proposal to Hoffenheim for Orban, who is being lined up as the club’s 10th signing of the summer transfer window.

Orban spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Italian club Hellas Verona, where he made 28 Serie A appearances, scoring seven goals and providing three assists.

The Nigerian striker remains contracted to Hoffenheim, and the outcome of Amedspor’s reported offer is yet to be confirmed. The financial details of the proposal have also not been disclosed.

Amedspor will now hope to reach an agreement with Hoffenheim and secure the services of Orban as they continue their preparations for their historic first season in the Turkish Süper Lig.
