Lionel Messi has urged Argentina supporters to enjoy the country’s remarkable World Cup journey, saying the national team will continue to give everything for the fans as it prepares to face Spain in the final.

‘To the fans, I say the same thing I said in Qatar: enjoy it. This team will never let you down,’ Messi said. ‘This World Cup has been absolutely crazy, and reaching another World Cup final is incredible.’
