Al-Ittihad Join Eintracht Frankfurt in Race for Onyedika

Saudi Arabian giants Al-Ittihad have joined Eintracht Frankfurt in the race to sign Nigerian midfielder Raphael Onyedika from Club Brugge.
Eintracht Frankfurt had reportedly been in pole position for the 25-year-old, but Al-Ittihad have now made an offer for the Super Eagles midfielder.
Club Brugge have rejected proposals from both clubs as they hold out for a fee of around €10 million.
Onyedika has been a key player for the Belgian champions since joining from FC Midtjylland in 2022.
He has made 183 appearances for Club Brugge, scoring nine goals, while winning two Belgian Pro League titles, one domestic cup and one Belgian Super Cup.
