Osimhen Set For Possible Galatasaray Return Against Trabzonspor

Victor Osimhen could make a surprise return to the Galatasaray squad for their highly anticipated Trabzonspor derby, giving the Turkish champions a major boost after his recent injury.

The Nigeria international suffered a groin injury during Galatasaray’s 3-2 away victory over Başakşehir and was initially expected to be sidelined for around three weeks.

However, reports from TRT Spor indicate that Osimhen has responded positively to treatment and could resume training during the week ahead of the Trabzonspor clash.

The development has raised hopes that the prolific striker could recover in time to at least make the matchday squad for the derby.
