According to Turkish news outlet, Fotomac, Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has publicly urged compatriot Ademola Lookman to join him in Istanbul, telling the Atletico Madrid winger: ‘We are waiting for you at Galatasaray, come and be a part of this family.’
Galatasaray are working to strengthen their squad for next season and have made a move for Lookman, who transferred from Atalanta to Atletico Madrid for €35 million earlier this year.
The 28-year-old Nigerian enjoyed a successful campaign in Spain, but speculation has grown over his future despite signing a four-year contract that runs until June 2030.
