Emmanuel Dennis eyeing another EPL record in Watford Vs Norwich tie

In-form Watford forward Emmanuel Dennis will be seeking to set a personal record in the Premier League when his club, Watford host fellow strugglers Norwich Friday night at the Vicarage Road stadium.

Dennis has been very impressive since he signed for the Hornets last summer from Belgian side, Club Brugge and was, for the second time crowned Watford player of the month of November having won it previously in August.

The Nigeria international has scored eight times and bagged five assists in 17 Premier League games so far will be seeking to score his ninth against the visitors.

If he does, it will be the first time he will be scoring against the same opponent twice in a Premier League season.

Dennis was on target when the two teams first met at Carrow Road last September with the 24 year old opening scoring for the Hornets in a 3-1 win.

It was the Nigerian’s second Premier Legue goal at the time after scoring and assisting in Watford’s 3-2 defeat of Aston Villa on his debut in the competition last August.
