Iheanacho Resumes Scoring Run In Bursaspor Draw

Kelechi Iheanacho continued his impressive goalscoring form on Friday, finding the net as Bursaspor were held to a 1-1 draw by Antalyaspor in a Turkish league encounter.

The Super Eagles striker put Bursaspor ahead in the 26th minute, returning to the scoresheet after his remarkable run of scoring in 12 consecutive league matches came to an end against Bandırmaspor last weekend.

However, the hosts were unable to hold on to their advantage, with Tural Bayramov’s own goal restoring parity before half-time.

Iheanacho has now scored 17 goals and provided four assists in 14 league appearances this season, maintaining his status as one of Bursaspor’s most influential players.

Despite dropping two points, Bursaspor remain top of the standings with 37 points as they continue their push for promotion.
