MultiChoice Launches Affordable DStv, GOtv FIFA 2026 World Cup Bundles

MultiChoice, a CANAL+ company, has unveiled special World Cup bundle offers on DStv and GOtv designed to give more Nigerians access to football’s biggest event.
From Monday, June 1, new DStv customers can purchase an HD decoder, dish kit and one-month DStv Yanga subscription for ₦15,000. New GOtv customers can also enjoy a similar offer, with a GOtv decoder, antenna and one-month GOtv Jolli subscription available for ₦15,000.
The announcement comes as anticipation builds for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be hosted across the United States, Mexico and Canada. The expanded tournament will feature 48 national teams, including 10 African nations, competing in 104 matches over 39 days, the largest World Cup in history.
Commenting on the initiative, Chief Executive Officer of MultiChoice Nigeria, Kemi Omotosho, emphasized the company’s commitment to accessibility.

SuperSport on DStv will provide comprehensive coverage, broadcasting all 104 matches live. Fans will enjoy four dedicated 24-hour World Cup channels, plus a pop-up channel showcasing the greatest moments in World Cup history.
Selected SuperSport channels will be renamed during the tournament to make navigation easier.
Beyond live matches, programming will include highlights, expert analysis, exclusive magazine shows, African football features and behind-the-scenes content. Coverage will also feature multiple language commentary options, including pidgin, delivered through a Pan-African lens with top local commentators.
Customers will have flexibility to watch the tournament their way, via Live TV, Catch Up, replays and DStv Stream, ensuring they never miss a moment whether at home or on the move.
