Super Eagles stars Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi have been tipped to make an instant return to the Premier League next season after a Supercomputer
predicted their club, Leicester City will top the Skybet Championship table at the end of the season to earn an automatic promotion to the English topflight
league.
Iheanacho and Ndidi were both relegated at the end of last season after Leicester City finished 18th with 34 points from 38 games in the 20-team league
The Nigerians, playing in the second tier of English football for the first time can regain their Premier League status next season after Football analysts at Online Sportsbook BetVictor deployed their predictive Championship supercomputer once again, with projections simulating the outcome of the remaining season and the next set of fixtures, incorporating current standings and recent form.
The predicted final standings put the Foxes finishing as Champions with a whopping 105 points – the highest total since they won the title with 102 points back in 2014.
Iheanacho has scored five times and provided two assists in 13 games across all competitions with four of the goals netted in 11 Championship games.
Ndidi, on his part, has netted three goals and provided four assists in 14 matches. The 26 year old has equalled his season’s best goal and assists tally in
only 14 appearances.
