Trabzonspor Push for Chukwueze Loan Deal

Milan Prefers Sale Amid Turkish Interest

Trabzonspor has submitted a loan offer to AC Milan for Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze, with an option to buy for €15 million, according to reports from pianetamilan.it.

Milan, however, is said to prefer a direct sale of the 27-year-old, who remains under contract until 2028.

The Turkish club, which has already made a splash with eight signings ahead of the new season, is keen to reinforce its right wing.

Chukwueze, who spent last season on loan at Fulham, made 23 league appearances, scoring three goals and providing four assists. His current market value is estimated at €18 million.

Trabzonspor’s technical staff reportedly view Chukwueze as a major opportunity to boost their attacking line.

Known for his pace, left-footed dribbling, and one-on-one ability, the Nigerian international has often been compared to Arjen Robben for his style of play.

His addition is seen as a move that could elevate the club’s offensive power.

Chukwueze first rose to prominence at Villarreal, where he won the Europa League title. Signed for just €500,000 in 2017, he became a star before being sold to Milan in 2023 for €21.1 million.

Negotiations between Milan and Trabzonspor are ongoing, and the coming days will determine whether the winger will wear the burgundy-blue jersey.
