Salah Overtakes Osimhen, Orban In Turkish Süper Lig Scoring Race

Mohamed Salah has moved ahead of Victor Osimhen and Gift Orban in the Turkish top-flight scoring race after his hat-trick in Trabzonspor’s 4-0 demolition of Galatasaray on Saturday.
The Egyptian struck three times as Trabzonspor produced a stunning victory over Galatasaray, who were without injured Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.
Salah now leads the scoring race with nine points, having scored seven goals and provided two assists in seven appearances.
Osimhen is second with eight points from four appearances, having scored six goals and registered two assists before his injury.
Gift Orban occupies third with seven points, having scored five goals and provided one assist in six appearances for Amed SK.
Orban will have an opportunity to close the gap when Amed SK play on Sunday.
Eldor Shomurodov is fourth with six points after scoring six goals in six appearances for Basaksehir, while Corum FK’s Jesus Ramirez and Alexandros Kyziridis, alongside Kasimpasa’s Adrian Benedyczak, have five points each.
