Troost-Ekong: I know where Osimhen will play next season

Nigeria captain William Troost-Ekong says he ‘knows’ where his Super Eagles teammate and Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen will play next season.

Osimhen is expected to leave Napoli after four seasons at the club and Troost-Ekong who is reportedly going to undergo surgery today for an injury that will keep out of the remaining months of the season, knows the 25 year old’s destination after Napoli.

‘I really can’t tell you anything, but I know,’ he told Sky Sport.

Osimhen has scored 10 goals in 20 games across all competitions for Napoli so far this season.
Troost-Ekong also discussed the struggles of his former clubs Salernitana and Udinese this season.

‘I always follow Serie A, it’s a great league. This weekend with Salernitana-Udinese will be special for me, also because it was also the last match I played in my last season. The points would certainly be more useful to Salernitana than to Udinese.’
