Onuachu’s Header Earns Goal of the Week in Turkey

Paul Onuachu’s fine form in Turkey continues to earn recognition. The Super Eagles striker has been named the Turkish Super Lig Goal of the Week winner for his superb header in Trabzonspor’s 3-2 loss to Fenerbahce.

This latest accolade adds to a growing list of honors for the 31-year-old this season.

He previously won Goal of the Month in both August and September, and was crowned Player of the Month in October.

Despite missing league action while representing Nigeria at AFCON 2025, Onuachu remains the top scorer in the Super Lig with 16 goals in 19 games.

Trabzonspor, currently trailing leaders Galatasaray by 10 points, will look to bounce back when they face Gaziantep in their upcoming matchday 23 fixture.
