Osimhen Opens Door to Serie A Return, Doesn’t Rule Out Juventus

Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen has set tongues wagging after admitting Juventus is one of the clubs he would consider playing for if he ever returned to Italy.
Speaking ahead of Galatasaray’s UEFA Champions League round of 16 play-off clash, the Nigerian forward was asked about a possible Serie A comeback.
‘Juventus is one of the most important football teams in the world,’ Osimhen said. ‘Where I am now is very important. I am sweating at a club to which I am deeply attached, but I don’t know what will happen in the future. I think 90 percent of the players in the world would want to play for Juventus. Of course, I can say why not.’
Osimhen’s remarks quickly became a hot topic on social media, with fans debating whether the former Napoli star could make a sensational return to Italy.
He reflected fondly on his time in Serie A, where he played 133 matches for Napoli, scoring 76 goals and providing 18 assists. His standout moment came in the 2022/23 season when he fired Napoli to the Serie A title, their first in over three decades.
Despite the speculation, Osimhen stressed his happiness at Galatasaray, where he has become a talismanic figure.
‘I enjoy and have fun here. I sweat in a club to which I am deeply attached,’ he said, while leaving the door open to future possibilities.
